Happy Tuesday, my friends. Tuesday aligns with the planet Mars and the color red.




Red is the color of passion, adventure, power and whatever else Red feels to you. You can say Tuesday is a Red Letter Day. I love that saying. It's goes back to when calenders were first used and special holidays/ events were highlighted in Red.



Today is your Red Letter Day. Put on some Red today, burn a red
candle, eat something in the color red. Call forth the energy of Red to give your life extra energy and vibrancy.

There are all kinds of Love. Today celebrate Love in whatever way that makes your heart Soar.

Here is a great passage from one of my favorite books, The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity by Catherine Ponder.
Dare to consciously love yourself, love your life and affairs, love every little bit of good in all. In your time of generating love, particularly dare to love any part of the body that is crying out for healing. Boldly declare to it "I LOVE YOU." Dare to direct love to any situation in your life that seems difficult. Think of the situation and affirm:"LET DIVINE LOVE BE MADE ALIVE IN THEE NOW."

Full Moon in Aquarius

I am totally biased when it comes to the full Moon in Aquarius. Magic happens to me when this Moon comes. I am a sun sign Aquarius. I had dreams come true on this Full Moon. Though, I have to be honest sometimes Aquarius full Moon after effects shake up my life. To paraphrase Bond: Shaken not stirred!

Aquarius energy is zany, electric, visionary and unpredictable. In others words, it may be a bumpy ride. A ride you will never forget. For all my fellow sun and Moon Aquarius babies, revel in this Full Moon. And all she has to offer you. For the rest of my friends, let yourself be a bit outrageous. Push a boundary or two for yourself.



Most importantly, be unpredictable. Do, be, express sides of yourself you have buried. As Mae West said, in her movie Goin' to Town, Are you ready to take of the brakes? Take of the breaks, my friends. Remember the energy of this Full Moon will last well into Friday. Enjoy.

Dream Thought #83: Only for what we do

Happy Monday, my friends. This is a special Dream thought because it comes from the movie Another Dawn starring Kay Francis and Errol Flynn. I found Another Dawn ,via Warner Archive, last year around Valentine's Day. It's one of my new favorite classic movies.

Happy Golden Frog Day

I pulled this lovely card yesterday from The Magical Times Empowerment Cards by Jody Bergsma.



It made me curious on the lore of Frogs. Of course, Frogs are prominent in Faerie tales. You kiss the right Frog it can become a Prince. I didn't know how Frogs are seen as symbols of good luck, prosperity, fertility and health in numerous cultures.

Today is Golden Frog Day celebrated in Panama.The legend is if you see a golden Frog it can turn into gold for you. Now, that's a great legend. Wearing a Frog amulet when you travel or in your pocket are great ways to draw luck and wealth to you. Frogs lay a great number of eggs which is why they are a symbol of fertility. If you are trying to get pregnant or create something, the Frog is a great symbol for you to focus on.

These words came out of me spontaneously. I felt like sharing this with all of you. I hope you have your own pledge to yourself. My 40's has shown me deeply that you always should have your own back. Be your best cheerleader. May you all have a blessed Friday.

Wordless Wednesday: Ready to Saddle up

Lammas

Happy Monday and August. Here is how I am celebrating Lammas today.

The candle I ordered from moonlitherbals.Etsy.com. It is called the Sun Magic candle and smells amazing. The flowers and stone from dollar tree. The crystals from my personal collection.



Here is my drawing in my mystical book. Usually I draw more Goddesses. This time I drew a woman who looks like me. Celebrating all that I have done this year so far.




Then I start coloring.


I tried to stay with harvest and late summer colors of red, orange, yellow and brown. I had to pop in blue. Summer days are filled with blue skies.
