The Honeymoon

I love the June Moon. It is a time when
the sun is high, the flowers bursting,
birds singing and you can slow down
to enjoy life.

This June Moon has many names. The most famous
is the Honeymoon.

It is a sweet moon with hidden delights. This
moon falls in the sign of Capricorn. All of
my Capricorn sun and moon signs, this is your
moon to live it up.

Also, it is a lunar eclipse. To me that gives
an extra energy to this Honeymoon. Depending
on where you are in your life, it can be
beautiful or unsettling.

I have been feeling restless for a couple
of days. Winds of change are in the air.
What is to come in? I shall see. You will
too.

Still, the Capricorn energy is linked
to the earth. Good time to do creative things
with food, flowers, money and your body.
Revel in the green energy
of the Capricorn Moon.

I know some of you know this, for those
who don't. There is a lovely Tea Party being
hosted by the talented Miss Vanessa. Dive
into the magic of the Full Moon and the party
tonight.

or spiked with some rum...
Celebrate the sunshine in
your own life in the form
of what makes your heart sing...

Take Control of your mind

Words have power. The words most important is
what we tell ourselves. If your like me on
the road to attracting, manifesting and building
on your dreams, I have to be contstantly mindful
of my thoughts.

There are certain words and phrases that
just drag me down. Especially when things
are rough, I really don't want to say, hear
or think these words.

These are the words and phrases that just
make feel powerless.

I should.
I can't.
This is too hard.
I'm not good enough.
I'm too old to learn/do this..
What does it matter if I do this..
This will never happen...
I need to do this...because I am that....
I need to do this..because everyone is telling
me this...
This is hopeless....

I'm sure you can add your own words/phrases
to this list.

Be aware of what your telling yourself.
If these self-defeating words come up.
Just flip them around to make it positive
for you. Take control of your own mind,
don't let it run amok with negative
thoughts from yourself and others.

Use your mind to help yourself and
soar in your own life.

Happy Friday. I thought I share
certain places, things and people
I'm wild about right now.

1. I love Stylelikeu. Get to see
people talk about why they dress the
way they do. Full of style info.

2.) Barrettes. I have been wearing
my hair them. Doing all kind of fun
styles with my hair.

3) My Mark Hamill

I have been mad about Mark since I was eight years old.
One of my favorite dreams is to act opposite him
in a movie. I know he's directing a movie
based on his comic book the Black Pearl.
If anyone knows someone who knows Mark, let a
sistah know.

4) Buying a good camera to film with. I want to
do videos with my monologues. The first one is to
refilm my Jane Eyre monologue on location
in a beautiful place here in the city.


5) Las Vegas. I want to go there for a special trip. So if anyone has any
recommendations of lovely places to stay, please do
share.

Happy June.

June is a lovely month. Full of beauty and
sunshine. Did you know June is reported
to be named after the Roman Goddess Juno.
She is a Goddess of marriage and
finances. An intriguing mix!

I was thinking what is lovely

Since, I'm bias and this is

It is noted for being the last
