It's Tuesday, time to do

Tuesday is the day of action. It is linked to the Warrior Gods:Tiw and Mars. I've talked about it here and here. Don that Red or whatever color makes you feel powerful. All those dreams you surfed in or ideas you woolgathered yesterday on Monday, now is the time to implement them. Take one idea or action. Then implement it. It can be big or small. Movement​ creates more movement.



Be like this succulent lady, dance your way into action. You can do it. One of the best ideas I found in doing and completing tasks comes from Leonie Dawson's Riding the Wild Donkey. As someone told me, you have no idea how your dreams made real can help inspire or heal others.

So Dream, Do and Release your creation into the world. Happy Tuesday, my friends.

What I am reading now

Happy Tuesday, my friends. I am here to share a few of the books I am reading and rereading. I like to read 2 or 3 books at the same time. Slows me down with my reading. I can devour a book in no time!




The first is the 2016 Magical Almanac from Llewellyn. It is chock full of great rituals and ideas. I'm half way done with the almanac. Here is a favorite essay on bubble Magic! I love it.


Part of my Mother's Day gift was The Empire Striketh Back by Ian Doescher. It is basically Star Wars meets Shakespeare. I just started reading it. Makes me wonder if I could actually find a monologue to do for an classical audition. That would certainly make me stand out.


Catherine Ponder's The Prospering Power of Love. It is an inspirational read. I recommend it highly. A beautiful reminder that truly the most powerful force in the Universe is Love.


The Isle of Dreams by Susan Branch. I first found Susan Branch many years ago in Marshall's Book section. I was hooked on her lovely illustrations; also her cozy stories about home, cooking, nature. Isle of Dreams is the second book in her trilogy about her life. I am enjoying it so much, don't want it to end. The series is The Fairy Tale Girl, Isle of Dreams and A Fine Romance.


Finally, Leonie Dawson's 2016 Create Your Shining Life Diary Planner. She had a big sale recently, I decided to pick this up. Leonie is a lifestyle blogger full of merriment, whismy and practical advice. The Planner is fun to work and play in.

I know I'm a bit late with the well wishes.
Still.. better late than ever.




It's only been 8 days into 2013. I've been
making major changes. Inspired by
Leonie's 2013 Create Your Incredible Year
Calendar and Workbook, I finally purchased
my domain name for my acting website.
Themichelleswan.com is officially open. You know how I long I've been putting off doing
that. Too long!

I'm also an affiliate of Leonie Dawson's Goddess Course.
Basically, I spread love about her work and I get
some sweet dinero. I only share what I liked and worked
for me. Her Goddess Business course
which I learned about being an affiliate and so much
more about business is a great gift for yourself in 2013.


I've finally decided to make a lifestyle change
with my eating. I still have my baby weight on me.
It's time to say bye-bye to those unwanted pounds.
I got a hula hoop to exercise and starting doing
portion control. That first day was hard. My stomach
was howling!! It's getting easier. I use my palm and fist to measure
the food on my plate. So easy for me to remember.
Drinking peppermint tea at night to curb any
night time urges. Did you know that our stomach
is only the size of two fists?! Yeah..it made
me cringe on how much I use to eat.

Finally, I'm working on growing my hair longer.
I've been wearing my hair natural since 98'.
I decided to experiment to see how long I can
get my hair to grow.

This is all that's going on behind the scenes
with me. All of that resonates with my word
of the year for me which is BEAUTY. To feel
beautiful inside and out. Spread beauty to
others.

I'm hoping you have big 2013 dreams for yourself.
This is the year to do it. Whatever those
secret dreams are in your heart. You can do
it. Shine bright, my friends!!!

I know this was a long post. Sometimes,
there is so much to say, my friends.

I have all these dreams that want to come through.
There is only one me. I have to do it one task at
a time.

Remember to breathe.
Remember to look up at the sky.
Remember to just be.

Though we are in December. Still a few weeks left in
2012 to rock out some more dreams.

Don't forget 12/12/12 is on Wednesday. Think, Dream
or Do something special on that day.

Harvest Moon

Tonight is The Harvest Full Moon, my friends.
It's a special moon for me because it's in
the sign of Aries which is my moon sign.

All my fellow sun and moon sign Aries, this
is our moon. If you don't know what your moon
sign is, click here to find out.

For everyone else, you can still use the energy
of this Full Moon for your own good. Aries energy
to me is passionate, courageous, action orientated.
It's has a Go for it energy. Whatever or whomever is
holding you back, break those chains and go
for what you truly desire.




Something which I was reminded about today is this. We are
energy in a body. If you are experiencing conflict in
any area of your life, remember that whatever it is
you can change it. You can refocus your thoughts and
actions to attract more of what you really want. It
can be challenging, but it can be done.

Before I go, I want to share a soulful freebie that
I created for my Spirit business. I was inspired
to create this and upcoming things that are in
the works by The Business Goddess E-course that
is starting again on October 1st being run by Leonie Dawson.
I can only say that if you want to get clear with your
business ideas and your life. Go take this course.
It helped me a lot and still is.
