Beauty for Friday #4; Valentine's Day Edition

Happy Valentine's Day! Sharing a few of my new beauty purchases.
If you are close to my complexion, you can have an idea
on how these colors will look. I feel like all the lip products
can compliment a wide variety of skin tones




First is a Semi-matte Lipstick from Pretty in Pink from Mented Cosmetics.
Mented Cosmetics is a Black owned company.


It has a vanilla aroma to me.



Feels soft on the lips.



It lasts a pretty long time. I am buying more lipsticks
from them.



Next is a lip gloss from Makeup Revolutions
It is from their chocolate line.


This gloss
is called Chocolate Brownie



It is a thin formula. It looks more pink on me than chocolate.



It smells like Chocolate. Yummy



Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip gloss in Caramel


This has to be one of my favorite lip glosses.



It is thick formula. I love the color.


Feels luxurious on the lips. I love to pair it with different lip
liners.




Half-Caked Super Glaze in the color called
Semi-Charmed.




I believe it's supposed to be a thicker lip gloss.



Smells like sweet candy. It has a heavy feel on my lips.
Not sure why. It will stay on.


The last is a lip glaze from the website Shein.
The brand is called SheGlam in the color
Orange Starlight.



It is truly like starlight on your lips.


It is very pretty. Almost has a duo chrome light to it.
Perfect if you like orange on the lips.


It is something that is a natural for warmer weather.
I am sure I will wear it more then.

Beauty for Friday #3: Coloured Raine Lipstick

I subscribe to Coloured Raine Cosmetics. They had this wonderful
deal for $20 dollars you get a lipstick, gloss and small eyeshadow
palette. As a Black woman, I like to support Black owned women's
business. I liked the gloss and eyeshadow palette. I fell in love
with their lipstick Cameo.I wear it almost every day!!

it stays on.


The color is a dusky pink according to the website. Depending on
your skin color it might look lighter and darker.



I think this is the kind of color that will look great on everyone.
Perfect for all occasions.



It retails for $17.00. It's it's cruelty free, vegan, gluten free and paraben free! I love my Cameo lipstick. I am very happy with her!💄 Yes, I called my lipstick her.

Beauty for Friday #2: Lipstick

I decided to share a few of my favorite makeup items mine on Fridays.Friday is the only day of the week named after a Goddess. It is named for the Goddess Freya. One of her attributes is being a Goddess of beauty. It is the perfect day to talk about makeup.

This is one of the few luxury Lipsticks that I have.I paid $37 dollars for it. I got it online via Macy's. It is Christian Dior Rouge Lipstick Grege 1947 (169)



I am partial to silver. The silver makes it more elegant.


As you can see I have used it a lot. I purchased it in June.


If you are around my complexion, you can see how it would look.
I find the lipstick beautiful. It totally fits me.


The lipstick feels wonderful on my lips. It is hydrating and feels
soft. I want to try more Dior lippies.


I like a more natural makeup look. I work at home. If you work
in the office. This lipstick is perfect. It is easy, elegant and you
can wear it everywhere.
