Remembering

I remember this day for those who died
For the families who have an empty seat at their tables
For all the lives affected by the act of a few who chose hate instead of love
I remember.

This is so beautiful. I prayed for the survivors and the family members who have one less loved one in their midst.

Sometimes, those who survive large scale tragedies such as 9/11 suffer from survivor's guilt. I'm praying that God will grant them peace in their hearts and minds and that He will alleviate the burden of heaviness that comes with anniversaries such as these.

Wonderful and thoughtful post. Thanks.

The heart still breaks, and the mind still can't comprehend how such madness could have happened that day... We will never forget all those lost souls... Your post is lovely, Shell :o) ((HUGS))
