The saddest thing about losing the Friend was the fact she KEEPS losing friends. Her hubby told me he was surprised I was even her friend.Never put much thought into it till I had to end the friendship.She wanted to know why her friends walk away. When I explained, she was to stubborn to see it for herself. That's what's sad.She's doomed to repeat this over and over.
I do think it's up to us to protect our spirit.Not close ourselves off from others but remember to listen to our inner voices.

I know I'm a daydreamer and I'm boldly embracing life. My inner critics are having their share of temper tantrums but I'm persisting. I love playing way too much!
