Happy Autumn

Happy Autumn, my friends, it is a deliciously dreary day in The Bronx. I love days like this, they have a touch of magic and romance to them. A perfect way to usher in Autumn.

It is a time to celebrate and dance that we have now reached Autumn. What delights will come from this abundant and harvest season?

Another dreamy foggy tree energy that I captured a while back that whispers Autumn.

I spent part of the day cleaning my altar. I started off using one of my favorite oils: Hyssop. It is not only a cleansing oil but also protection. You can see the full video on my ig right here.

This is the finished look of my altar. If you keep an altar or sacred space, now is the time to clean them. Every turn of the season, I like to refresh my space.

I wish for all of you many Autumn blessings and magic this season. Remember dreams come true every day.

Spring is here!

I wish I could tell you it is a beautiful day
here in The Bronx. I went out skipping under
radiant sunshine and could feel spring in the air.
Alas, it is a cold, cloudy day with rain in
the forecast.

I tried to get Jake to go with me to the store
to get flowers for the first day of Spring. No dice.
I am sitting in front of my lovely altar. Dreaming
of warm weather, bare legs, dandelions and apple blossoms.
It may not feel like Spring but it is Spring in my heart.

Happy Spring my friends. If you are on the other side of
the world, Happy Autumn.

May Day Magic

Happy May Day, my friends. It is also called Beltane. This day is full of magick, passion, faeries, dreams and fertility.

I wish I could tell you that I was dancing with the fairies today but unfortunately the rain outside and the cold weather makes dancing a little bit difficult.myI can still feel the Magic in the air today. I felt it even last night when I went to buy roses for my altar.

Here is my modest altar which has been pared down because of my two J's: Jacob , my son, and Jet, the family cat. Jet is obsessed with trying to eat flowers especially roses!

Whatever weather this day brings you, have fun and connect with your spirit even if it's for ten minutes. Open yourself to all the lovely divine energy around you.

Blessed Be.
