Autumn Blessings
The wheel is turning now to days of crunchy leaves, shorter sun filled days,
darker starry night and scent of magic in the air. Today it is equal of day
and night. Then our friend the sun will leave early daily until the Winter Solstice.
Today burn candles in red, yellow, orange. brown and purple.
Bake and/or eat apple, pumpkin, squash, yams, corn. Drink wine or apple cider.
Find in you area where you can go apple picking. It's something I always
wanted to do. Do my best to make it happen this year.
It's also Harvest time. Think back to Summer and celebrate all the great
things you did and learned. Then, look to the new season. Is there
things you want to stock up on now for Autumn? This can be food, clothing,
or events you want to make plans for now. I always enjoy
making personal plans for each season. I like to build in things
to look forward to, makes life more fun especially when you have
a lot of responsibilities on your plate.
As always whatever you do to celebrate the turn of Seasons.
Make it fun and authentic for you.
Wishing you all a wonderful First day of Autumn, my friends.
