Most people are aware of ways of dealing
with Negative Energy around them from others
What happens if you are the source of the
Negative Energy? That's right. It's you who is
funking up the energy in the room.
It happens to the best of us. This is
what I do when I feel my Vader cape
coming on and need to get centered
again. Most of these tips you can
do even if you are with a group.
* Excuse yourself from where you
at. Head straight to the bathroom.
Go to the sink and run cold water.
Splash it on your face, your neck
and hands. Do this for at least
2 -3 minutes.
* Look at your cell phone. Say you
have a call or just missed an important
call. Step outside in fresh air. Take
deep breaths. Stay as long as you need
outside until you feel calm again.
* Think about something or someone who
makes you happy. Think about them until
whatever you are feeling has lessened. When I'm upset,
thinking about Mark Hamill brings a smile to
my face immediately.
* Instead of using cold water, splash
yourself with Florida water or Rosewater.
I especially love Rosewater, makes me fee
like I'm getting a hug from Roses.
* Go outside. Go for a walk. Go window
shopping. Go to the Library. Take yourself
away and into a new environment to let
go of that negative energy.
Things happen. Someone says something to upset or hurt you.
How we respond is up to us. We have to be responsible
for our own energy, not blame someone else. All these tips,
I have used and helped me become centered again.
