Autumn's Entrance

Bright Pumpkins, crunchy red-golden leaves, thick comfy sweaters, spiced apple cider, crisp windy days are all signs of Autumn for me. Today is the official first day of Autumn; also the day when there are equal amount of sun and stars. Balance of the light and the dark. Then the days will grow shorter, as night lengthens. The shorter days make me savor the sunlight more. The longer nights makes me appreciate the stars, the moon and the quiet of the night. I welcome Autumn's entrance with open arms. I wish for all of us a creative, healthy and fun season.

What a cute graphic for autumn, I love it! It's true, today is as balanced as you can get when it comes to light and dark. I am going to celebrate with homemade bread and apple crisp tonight. Vitality to us all!

I know...I love fall. Unfortunately, it feels more like summer today. It's almost 80 here in Wisconsin.
