of my childhood black woman idols.
When I was a little girl, I loved
Valerie from Josie and The Pussycats.
I always wanted to play her as an actor.
Rosario Dawson beat me to it. I can still dream.
Valerie is super smart, cool under pressure
and beautiful. Maybe one day I can play
a middle aged Valerie Brown. 😊
