Remembering

My dad looking handsome in his Army uniform ready to fight in WWII.
Thinking of him on this Veteran's Day. He passed eight years ago.
Every time I look at my face, I see him.

Sending love to all the vets of the past and present.

What a handsome man your Dad was! I am so sorry Shell, that he has passed away.
I am so grateful for his sacrifice to our country. I fear so many young people may not quite appreciate what those young men did...
Hugs))
You have his kind eyes ~

I can just see his spirit shining in that photo and how gentle and strong he was at the same time. Thank you for sharing with us one brave man and father who looked so handsome in his suit. I think we all need to honor those who fought for us every day.
