My Tea Party

It's that time of year, when my friend Vanessa
,who I affectionately call Lady V, hosts her annual
Mad Tea Party.

Welcome to all my friends, new and returning, to
my slightly Mad Tea Party. If your new here, I'm
Shell. (Short for Michelle). This is my blog
Swan of Dreamers.

I have set a lovely table for all of you.

With all these scrumptious delights. Chocolate
is my fav. Hopefully, it is yours too.

Let me introduce you to my husband, Sean.

Here is our little doormouse, our son, Jacob.
Now Sean is explaining all the rules for a gentleman
at a Tea Party. First rule, no feet on the table!

As they talk, I'm enjoying this delicious cupcake.

Now, it's time for Sean to relax and enjoy his treat.

I share some of my goodies with Jacob.

Jacob is enjoying his chocolate.

All gone, Mommy says Jacob.

Are you enjoying all the treats and tea? I do
hope so my friends. Jacob is getting sleepy.
It's time for his nap. Daddy will take him to bed.

As you can see the party here is winding down.
There are so many other lovely parties to visit, my friends.

I'm so glad you could share in our Tea Party.
Sean, Jacob and I wish you a beautiful weekend.
Remember, you are always welcome at Swan of Dreamers.
Please come again.

Also, joining the linky party at My Romantic Home

Hahahaha ---> "no feet on the table". I've had to say things like that (and more) with the 6 year old in my household.

Your teacup and saucers are so pretty. Thanks for letting me share in your magical day. When you get a free moment, stop by my tea party.

Such a happy place! I would love to sit at that table and enjoy all of those blessings, that food, that adorable boy. I think maybe since this is a "mad" tea party feet might be allowed!

What a lovely family. Your husband looks so dashing in his tuxedo. I loved that you took the opportunity to enjoy a cupcake while Sean was passing along the etiquette instructions. I'm so happy for you Shell and you look happy. That last photo is touching and timeless.

I did something new this year. I told my story in a video format. I think you will love the music. When you get a moment swing by.

Such fun, Shell! I LOVE that photo of Sean and Jacob... NO feet on the table--too cute. Sean is a good sport for doing the tux and tea party--bless him. That pic if you & Jacob at the end is so precious. :o) ((HUGS))
