Blue Moon

Happy Full Moon, my friends. It is the second full
moon in March. Blue Moons are supposed to be special since
they happen maybe every two years. Whatever you do,
make it fun and a little more exciting than usual.




What am I doing? I loathe the term :I am moving out of
my comfort zone. I truly am. I will be spending part of
the day involved in a reading of a screenplay I co-wrote
with my friend, Neo. Yes, the muse has called me to expand
my creative journey. I am still an actor. The lead role I
wrote for myself! Then I will spend the rest of my Full
Moon evening watching movies and planning my next creative move.

As always, do whatever you feel moved to do under the
Full Moon. Yes, I love to hear what creative adventures

Spring is here!

I wish I could tell you it is a beautiful day
here in The Bronx. I went out skipping under
radiant sunshine and could feel spring in the air.
Alas, it is a cold, cloudy day with rain in
the forecast.

I tried to get Jake to go with me to the store
to get flowers for the first day of Spring. No dice.
I am sitting in front of my lovely altar. Dreaming
of warm weather, bare legs, dandelions and apple blossoms.
It may not feel like Spring but it is Spring in my heart.



Happy Spring my friends. If you are on the other side of
the world, Happy Autumn.

How to be Fabulous

Happy Monday, my friends. I found this video
gem of Josephine Baker singing. She is around
68 in this.

Made me think how does one own their
fabulousness. From this video, I think I
pulled three main ideas.

1) Command the stage! Whether it's a real stage,
at your job or your home. Let everyone know you
are here.

2) Wear something that makes you feel wonderful!

3) Remind yourself daily that age is nothing but
a number. The only moment that counts is now.

New Moon on Saturday

Happy New Moon in Pisces, my friends. This week has been extra busy.
I am ready for this new moon. Our last new moon
in winter. Spring is in Tuesday. Yay.




I have two beautiful blue candles from Dollar Tree. I am
going to choose one. Light it and say a prayer. Say thank you
,like that beautiful First Nation saying, for Blessings on the
way.

Red Dresses for Tuesdays

Happy Tuesday, my friends. I have a confession to make.
I love late night shopping on eBay and Etsy.
Does anyone else do that? I am going to see Summer,
The Broadway musical, about Donna Summer in April with
my mom. For some reason, I am fixated on wearing a red dress
to see it. I still like to dress up to go to see a
Broadway show.

I have been looking at these four dresses from different
Etsy shops. Some of them actually date back to the 70's.
