All Hallow's Eve

Since I was a little girl, I always felt
the touch of magic of this night...


For some, it's a time when you can catch
a glimpse of a Unicorn running
across the street with their hooves crunching
on Autumn leaves.

Or going Grocery shopping, you'll run into a friendly
Dragon...

or Thinking of those gone but not forgotten.
You light a candle for them on this night
and tomorrow night.

Halloween for me is all of this and so much more..
Wishing you all a Safe and Magickal Halloween.

Welcome to the Halloween Party

Hello my fellow Dreamers, welcome to The Halloween
Party thrown by the lovely and brillantly creative
Vanessa. I'm so happy to be part of this annual event.


Let me introduce myself, I'm Shell of Swan of Dreamers.
This is my Fabulous Halloween Party. I finally get to
wear my hot pink feather boa constrictor!

The table and the treats are set.

And Yummy cupcake full of Halloween cheer.

I have a special guest coming. So I have
saved a seat with my feather boa and purse there.

Here is my special guest. He is a sweet friendly
little monster named Jacob.

He's never been to a Halloween party, so he is quite
happy to be here.

Little monsters are always hungry. Thank goodness I have
a lot of cake here.

Let me try to get a quick bite to eat myself.

Now, my sweet little monster has to take a nap. He says
goodbye to all of you.

I can bask in the glow of my party.

Thank you all for coming. Don't forget to make a
lovely wish for yourself this Halloween. Magic
is in the air, my friends.

Hair Love

Don't limit yourself!

Happy Wednesday.

Saturday afternoon, I made my directing debut
with a workshop of the one man show Urban Aura.

I was doing my best to stay calm especially for
my friend, Neo, since he wrote and stars in it.
Seriously, I had big butterflies in my stomach.
Once the show started and the audience started
responding to the show. All my fears melted away.

We had about 25 people come. Which was a lot more
than we expected. Now we have two more shows
coming up in the next two months, I feel a lot
more confident. When I came home, I felt like
I can do anything.

The moral of the story, my friends. That there
is a big reward in doing things that scare you.
I never though I could direct. Here I am directing.
Doing this makes me think, what else can I do
I "think" I can't do. Makes me wonder how much
do we limit our own potential for greatness in
our lives.

Don't limit yourself. Take risks not for the
material reward but what what you learn about
yourself.

I can't let this day go without a birthday
shout out to my friend, Lady R. and my beloved
Montgomery Clift on what would have been his 92nd
birthday.

Yes, my friends. I'm going out on that limb and leaping
into a new creative adventure.

I'm a first time director. Woohoo. On Saturday,
the one man show that I'm directing, Urban Aura, is having
it's first workshop viewing.

If you are in NYC area, want to see good theater
and say hello to me, please come. It's free!!

Here is all the details:
Urban Aura will be at Studio C from 2-4pm at
Pearl Studios.
Pearl Studios is at 519 8th Ave btwn 35th & 36th, 12th floor.
Admission is free.

I'm also having two other workshop performances.
The workshop is to get feedback from the audience
and attract a producer/agent as well.

It is true, my friends. Sometimes you don't know
what you can do until you do it. Hope you all
are leaping your own creative adventures as well.

Cake, Love and Balloons

October has always been a favorite month of
mine. Now, it has added gift to it: Jacob's birthday.
My sweetie pie turned one on Wednesday.

What's the easiest way to celebrate a first
birthday? All you need is Cake, Love and Balloons.
