Wednesday and Dreams

Happy Wednesday.

Thank you one and all for all the love
and wonderful comments for the Tea Party.
My boyfriend, Sean was beaming when I told
him how everyone loved the fact that he
participated. It was so much fun to do.
I can't wait for the next one.


One of my main beliefs: Is that we are
all given dreams to accomplish. Some dreams
take longer than others. Others we accomplish
right away. We can outgrow certain dreams
for even bigger and lusher ones to come in.

One of my most sacred dreams has finally come
true, it has been amazing. I'm going to share
what that is next week. It has been a long time
coming. With the success of this dream,it gives
me faith and confidence knowing that others
dreams of mine will follow suit in their own
time.

With Summer here, look at your dreams. Celebrate,
the ones that have to come pass. Use the sweet
energy of those successes to fuel the dreams
you still desire. Make this Summer one full
of fun and action for your Dreams.

Know that Dreams do come true. It is true for
everyone at any age. They happen
everyday. Who knows one of your dreams
may be coming true today.

The Mad Tea Party

When the invitation came out for Vanessa's Mad Tea Party.
I knew I had to be a part of it again. I'm happy you all could
come. A big kiss to Lady Vanessa for hosting this wonderful
magical Party again.

Welcome. I'm Shell of Swan of Dreamers. This is my Tea Party.


My old friends Johnny ,The Pirate, and his Parrot, Depp, came again
to my Tea Party. They tell the most wonderful stories especially Depp.


Here is the lovely Miss Claudie. She is always so elegant. Here
we are enjoying a wonderful chat about desserts together.


I'm dreaming about diving into that cake. Shell, focus on your guests!


My boyfriend, Sean is enjoying the party. Eating and talking with my
guests.


It's time to cut the cake. Yum!


Here's a favorite tea cup of mine representing my birth month. Doesn't that
cake look even more delish now cut?


If I can toot my own horn, this table is set pretty.

Happy Midsummer/Summer Solstice

Happy Midsummer and Summer Solstice, my friend.

It is a gorgeous time. The sun reaches it's
zenith tonight on this first day of Summer.
It is the longest day and shortest night.

Midsummer is celebrated from June 20th - 23rd.
. You can burn yellow, red and
orange candles. Wear daisies, sunflowers, roses,
honeysuckle, carnations in your hair or on your
clothes. Bake delicious pies and cakes in honor
of our friend, The Sun.



It is also the time of Faeries. When our world
and their world cross paths. And magick in all forms
dances in the air. Perhaps, you will run into the Faerie
Queen herself, Titiana.

This lovely passage is from A Midsummer Night's Dream
by my old friend, William Shakespeare.

Fairy:

Over hill, over dale,
Thorough bush, thorough brier,
Over park, over pale,
Thorough flood, thorough fire,
I do wander everywhere,
Swifter than the moon's sphere;

Honey Moon

Happy Full Moon everyone. Tonight is one of the
most famous full moons. It is the Honey Moon.


June is named after the Roman Goddess of
Marriage: Juno. June is The month
for weddings. Hence the sweetness of marriage
gets all swirled up in the June Moon called
The Honey Moon.

Do you need more sweetness in your life?
Or perhaps, things are too sweet and you need
more spice. This Honey Moon is perfect for
both things. It's also a lunar eclipse as
well. You got an action pack of mystical energies
riding the air tonight.

For all you Sagittarius sun and moon babies,
this is your Full Moon. So live it up. For
the rest of us, I say follow your intuition
on what you like to do tonight. Make sure
it's sweet or spicy, your choice.

Here is a picture of my altar dressed
for the Full Moon. I have a yellow candle
representing sunshine and happiness. And
in a small glass heart is brown sugar.
To symbolize all that sweetness I have now
and the more to come. Also have my Tarot
and Goddess cards, faerie statue, stones,
seashells and other pretties that I love.



If you don't have an altar, tonight is good
time to begin building one. Or even make
plans to create one. The most important thing
about an altar is that resonates with you
and your own spiritual beliefs.

Friday Love

Happy Friday. This is the first Friday
I've been able to blog in a while. It has
been merry mayhem in my life. I feel like
things are starting to settle down. (Hopefully.)


Did you know Friday is the only day of the
week named after a Goddess. Friday gets it's name
from Freya. She is a Norse Goddess of Love,
Fertility, Passion, Magick, Prosperity. I love the
fact that her chariot is led by cats. How cool is that.

So, Friday is a great day of Love. With
Summer here, I think it's a great time
to indulge in some Self-Love. I feel
the more we love ourselves, the happier
our lives become.

Tonight is all about you. Do what
makes you smile. Be as simple or
extravagant as you want.

Here is some great Self Love Activities:

Order in some delicious food.

Make a wonderful meal out of scratch.

Watch a favorite movie.

Or lose yourself in an old beloved book.

Light beautiful Pink candles.

Take a long bath or shower.

Gaze up at the waxing moon.

Write or draw in your journal.

Read poetry out loud.

Look in the mirror
and say I love you 9 times.

Dance around the home.

Play around with ways to wear
your hair or makeup.

Just have fun and celebrate you.
There is a Goddess in every woman.

New Moon in Gemini

Happy Wednesday. It's the New Moon in Gemini.

It has been an intense few days for me,with
a family member's unexpected death. What
her passing reinforces for me is how precious
life is. We must live each day fully! It's better
to make mistakes and live. Then to live "safe" and
never truly experience all life has to offer.

New Moons are always a time to start out fresh
and new. Gemini New Moon is full of energy
and change.

Now with the Summer season beginning, take time
out tonight or tomorrow. Dream and think
about what plans to accomplish for June. Even
for the whole summer, if you wish.

Gemini energy is full of ideas and plans.
Purchase a small notebook to carry with
you. Whenever you get an idea, write it down.
Never know what golden ticket of an idea
will come to you out of the blue.

Though you can't see the New Moon now, in
two days time, you should be seeing her
as a sliver in the sky.
